Pool Construction Services

Before construction, Indigo Bay Pool experts will assess your property for the best pool location, determine what shape and size you’re looking for, and show how existing property features can be enhanced by the design of your new pool. We’ll also talk about landscaping ideas, potential water features, and explain how your patio, deck, and other surroundings will enhance your poolscape.

The pool style that you choose may be influenced by construction costs associated with the four types of pool building materials: unite, shotcrete, vinyl, and fiberglass. Your Indigo Bay designer will explain the benefits of each material, and how each one will affect your budget and fit with maintenance schedule expectations, as well as how long it will take to install.

Once all of your questions have been answered, we’ll move on to design. Whether you’re interested in a natural pool shape with a waterfall that turns your back yard into a tropical oasis, or a classic rectangular style that brings glamour and sophistication to mind, Indigo’s designers will include you in the design process and make your aquatic dream come true.

In the meantime, home owners association approval and/or city permits will be acquired.

When construction begins, expect:

  • Excavation
  • The building of the frame
  • Steel installation
  • Installation of electrical and plumbing
  • Setting in the pool, which will include concrete sculpting if you have chosen shotcrete or gunite
  • Installation of patio and/or deck features
  • Landscaping
  • Installation of the equipment that runs the pool and features

The length of the process will depend on the design and materials. Indigo works with the goal of our clients enjoying their pools as soon as possible.

Our goal is to help make the water wonderland you’ve been dreaming of a reality. Call Indigo Bay Pools today and tell us what your vision is. We’ll show you how we can help you design a pool that fits within your budget and style.
